        為深入(ru)貫徹(che)落(luo)實(shi)集團中期會(hui)議(yi)精神,全速推進公司(si)重點(dian)工作進度(du)(du),確保全面完成年(nian)度(du)(du)經(jing)(jing)(jing)營指標(biao)任(ren)(ren)務(wu),8月9日(ri),佳木斯供水公司(si)召開“奮戰(zhan)(zhan)100天,全力攻堅(jian)年(nian)度(du)(du)經(jing)(jing)(jing)營目(mu)標(biao)”暨百日(ri)攻堅(jian)工作動員(yuan)(yuan)會(hui),號召全公司(si)上下進一(yi)步統一(yi)思想、集中力量(liang)、堅(jian)定(ding)信心,奮戰(zhan)(zhan)一(yi)百天,堅(jian)定(ding)完成全年(nian)各(ge)(ge)項目(mu)標(biao)任(ren)(ren)務(wu)。會(hui)上,宣讀了(le)《百日(ri)攻堅(jian)活動方案》,各(ge)(ge)戰(zhan)(zhan)線代表做(zuo)表態發言,公司(si)黨委(wei)書(shu)記(ji)、總(zong)(zong)經(jing)(jing)(jing)理王景(jing)燏做(zuo)動員(yuan)(yuan)講話,并分(fen)別(bie)與分(fen)管戰(zhan)(zhan)線經(jing)(jing)(jing)理、責任(ren)(ren)部門(men)簽訂“百日(ri)攻堅(jian)”目(mu)標(biao)責任(ren)(ren)狀。公司(si)班子成員(yuan)(yuan),戰(zhan)(zhan)線代表及機關(guan)部門(men)負責人參加(jia)會(hui)議(yi)。黨委(wei)副書(shu)記(ji)、常務(wu)副總(zong)(zong)經(jing)(jing)(jing)理國宏圖主(zhu)持會(hui)議(yi)。

  公司黨委書記、總經理王景燏在動(dong)(dong)員講(jiang)話中要(yao)求:一(yi)是緊盯目標,落(luo)實舉措(cuo)。要(yao)進(jin)一(yi)步明確(que)經營(ying)(ying)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)標和(he)重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),抓好(hao)(hao)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)標和(he)重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)任(ren)(ren)(ren)務(wu)分解(jie),按(an)照四(si)張表(biao)格(ge)方(fang)式將指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)標、工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)事項分解(jie)明確(que)、分解(jie)到(dao)位,要(yao)把(ba)上半(ban)年未完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)標和(he)11-12月生(sheng)產經營(ying)(ying)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)標與重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)調整到(dao)百(bai)(bai)天之內,搶抓季節黃金期,通過開(kai)展百(bai)(bai)日(ri)攻(gong)(gong)堅(jian)活動(dong)(dong),不(bu)折不(bu)扣(kou)推進(jin)年度(du)目標任(ren)(ren)(ren)務(wu)落(luo)實;二是明確(que)責(ze)任(ren)(ren)(ren),強(qiang)化(hua)落(luo)實。要(yao)求各(ge)(ge)戰(zhan)線、各(ge)(ge)部(bu)門單(dan)位,按(an)照百(bai)(bai)日(ri)攻(gong)(gong)堅(jian)方(fang)案,快速(su)(su)上報落(luo)實措(cuo)施。全(quan)體(ti)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)要(yao)快速(su)(su)行動(dong)(dong)起來,真正(zheng)把(ba)完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)標任(ren)(ren)(ren)務(wu)落(luo)到(dao)實處;三(san)是強(qiang)化(hua)督辦(ban)問效(xiao)(xiao)。從8月份開(kai)始,強(qiang)化(hua)周例會制(zhi)度(du),總結分析工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)存在問題(ti),落(luo)實整改(gai)措(cuo)施,提高工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)執行力。通過周例會、日(ri)例會制(zhi)度(du)落(luo)實匯報跟(gen)蹤問效(xiao)(xiao)機制(zhi),及時(shi)跟(gen)蹤、通報、反饋(kui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)進(jin)展情(qing)況,重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)督辦(ban)措(cuo)施不(bu)力責(ze)任(ren)(ren)(ren)人(ren),加大問效(xiao)(xiao)力度(du),層(ceng)(ceng)層(ceng)(ceng)傳導壓力,確(que)保(bao)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)標任(ren)(ren)(ren)務(wu)如期完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng);四(si)是敢于擔(dan)當,做(zuo)表(biao)率。在決戰(zhan)全(quan)年目標任(ren)(ren)(ren)務(wu)的關(guan)鍵(jian)時(shi)刻,要(yao)求各(ge)(ge)部(bu)門、戰(zhan)線快速(su)(su)行動(dong)(dong)起來。采取“5+2”和(he)“白+黑”方(fang)式超常規工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),搶抓季節黃金期,以(yi)“時(shi)間過半(ban),任(ren)(ren)(ren)務(wu)過半(ban)”的緊迫感,扎實做(zuo)好(hao)(hao)各(ge)(ge)項工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。各(ge)(ge)支部(bu)要(yao)發揮(hui)攻(gong)(gong)堅(jian)堡壘(lei)作(zuo)(zuo)用,黨員干(gan)部(bu)要(yao)發揮(hui)先鋒模(mo)范(fan)作(zuo)(zuo)用,在重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)任(ren)(ren)(ren)務(wu)中亮身份、作(zuo)(zuo)表(biao)率、勇擔(dan)當;五是強(qiang)化(hua)績(ji)效(xiao)(xiao)考核。將攻(gong)(gong)堅(jian)事項完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)情(qing)況納入績(ji)效(xiao)(xiao)考核兌現獎懲,嚴格(ge)考核,對工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)不(bu)力、進(jin)度(du)滯后(hou)的責(ze)任(ren)(ren)(ren)單(dan)位嚴肅問責(ze)。

  各戰(zhan)線代(dai)表(biao)紛紛圍繞“百日攻堅”目(mu)標任務(wu)積極表(biao)態發言(yan),表(biao)示接下來在(zai)“戰(zhan)役”中,將強(qiang)化責任落實,團結協作,形(xing)成打贏(ying)攻堅戰(zhan)的強(qiang)大合力,為完成全年目(mu)標任務(wu)努(nu)力奮進。
