佳木斯供水公司召開百日攻堅動員大會
為深入貫徹落(luo)實集(ji)(ji)團中期(qi)會(hui)議(yi)精神,全(quan)速推(tui)進公司(si)重點工作(zuo)進度(du),確保全(quan)面完成年度(du)經(jing)營指(zhi)標(biao)任(ren)務,8月9日(ri),佳木斯供(gong)水公司(si)召(zhao)開“奮(fen)戰(zhan)100天(tian),全(quan)力(li)攻(gong)堅(jian)年度(du)經(jing)營目標(biao)”暨百(bai)日(ri)攻(gong)堅(jian)工作(zuo)動(dong)員會(hui),號召(zhao)全(quan)公司(si)上下(xia)進一步統一思想、集(ji)(ji)中力(li)量、堅(jian)定信心,奮(fen)戰(zhan)一百(bai)天(tian),堅(jian)定完成全(quan)年各(ge)項目標(biao)任(ren)務。會(hui)上,宣讀了《百(bai)日(ri)攻(gong)堅(jian)活(huo)動(dong)方案》,各(ge)戰(zhan)線(xian)代(dai)表做表態發言,公司(si)黨(dang)委書記(ji)、總(zong)經(jing)理(li)(li)王景燏(yu)做動(dong)員講話,并分(fen)別與分(fen)管(guan)戰(zhan)線(xian)經(jing)理(li)(li)、責(ze)任(ren)部門(men)簽訂“百(bai)日(ri)攻(gong)堅(jian)”目標(biao)責(ze)任(ren)狀。公司(si)班子成員,戰(zhan)線(xian)代(dai)表及機關部門(men)負責(ze)人參加會(hui)議(yi)。黨(dang)委副書記(ji)、常(chang)務副總(zong)經(jing)理(li)(li)國宏圖主持會(hui)議(yi)。
公司黨委(wei)書記(ji)、總(zong)經(jing)理(li)王景燏在(zai)動員(yuan)講話中(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu):一是(shi)緊盯目(mu)標(biao),落(luo)實(shi)(shi)舉措。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)進一步明(ming)(ming)確(que)(que)經(jing)營(ying)指標(biao)和重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)(dian)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),抓好(hao)指標(biao)和重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)(dian)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)任(ren)(ren)(ren)務分(fen)解(jie),按照(zhao)四張(zhang)表(biao)(biao)格方(fang)式將指標(biao)、工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)事項(xiang)分(fen)解(jie)明(ming)(ming)確(que)(que)、分(fen)解(jie)到(dao)位(wei),要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)把上(shang)半(ban)(ban)年未完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)指標(biao)和11-12月生(sheng)產經(jing)營(ying)指標(biao)與重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)(dian)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)調整(zheng)到(dao)百(bai)天之內,搶抓季節黃金期(qi),通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)開展百(bai)日攻堅(jian)活(huo)動,不折不扣推進年度(du)目(mu)標(biao)任(ren)(ren)(ren)務落(luo)實(shi)(shi);二是(shi)明(ming)(ming)確(que)(que)責任(ren)(ren)(ren),強化落(luo)實(shi)(shi)。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)各(ge)(ge)(ge)戰(zhan)線、各(ge)(ge)(ge)部門單(dan)(dan)位(wei),按照(zhao)百(bai)日攻堅(jian)方(fang)案,快速(su)上(shang)報(bao)落(luo)實(shi)(shi)措施。全體員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)快速(su)行(xing)動起(qi)來,真正把完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)指標(biao)任(ren)(ren)(ren)務落(luo)到(dao)實(shi)(shi)處;三(san)是(shi)強化督辦(ban)問(wen)效(xiao)。從(cong)8月份(fen)開始,強化周例會制(zhi)度(du),總(zong)結(jie)分(fen)析工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)存在(zai)問(wen)題,落(luo)實(shi)(shi)整(zheng)改措施,提高工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)執(zhi)行(xing)力。通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)周例會、日例會制(zhi)度(du)落(luo)實(shi)(shi)匯(hui)報(bao)跟蹤問(wen)效(xiao)機制(zhi),及(ji)時(shi)(shi)跟蹤、通(tong)(tong)報(bao)、反饋工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)進展情況,重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)(dian)督辦(ban)措施不力責任(ren)(ren)(ren)人,加大問(wen)效(xiao)力度(du),層層傳導(dao)壓力,確(que)(que)保指標(biao)任(ren)(ren)(ren)務如期(qi)完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng);四是(shi)敢于擔當,做表(biao)(biao)率。在(zai)決戰(zhan)全年目(mu)標(biao)任(ren)(ren)(ren)務的關鍵時(shi)(shi)刻,要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)各(ge)(ge)(ge)部門、戰(zhan)線快速(su)行(xing)動起(qi)來。采(cai)取“5+2”和“白+黑”方(fang)式超常規(gui)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),搶抓季節黃金期(qi),以“時(shi)(shi)間過(guo)(guo)(guo)半(ban)(ban),任(ren)(ren)(ren)務過(guo)(guo)(guo)半(ban)(ban)”的緊迫感(gan),扎實(shi)(shi)做好(hao)各(ge)(ge)(ge)項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。各(ge)(ge)(ge)支部要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)發揮攻堅(jian)堡壘作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用,黨員(yuan)干(gan)部要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)發揮先鋒模范(fan)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用,在(zai)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)(dian)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)任(ren)(ren)(ren)務中(zhong)亮身份(fen)、作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)表(biao)(biao)率、勇擔當;五是(shi)強化績效(xiao)考核(he)。將攻堅(jian)事項(xiang)完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)情況納(na)入績效(xiao)考核(he)兌現(xian)獎懲(cheng),嚴格考核(he),對工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)不力、進度(du)滯后(hou)的責任(ren)(ren)(ren)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)嚴肅問(wen)責。
各戰(zhan)線代表紛紛圍(wei)繞“百日攻堅”目標任務(wu)積極表態發(fa)言,表示(shi)接下來在“戰(zhan)役”中,將強化責(ze)任落實,團結協作,形成打贏攻堅戰(zhan)的強大合力,為完成全(quan)年(nian)目標任務(wu)努力奮進(jin)。
